Who We Are
Founder Lilah Ross is a seasoned educational leader, grant writer, and accreditation and quality specialist with over twenty years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, she has focused on fostering strong school communities and enhancing resources to ensure long-term stability and success. Lilah is dedicated to evaluating educational programs through the lens of their unique missions and approaches, ensuring that each is effectively aligned with its goals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
